Welcome to ShinoiS!

We’re thrilled to have you join us for a memorable dining experience. To ensure everyone enjoys their time, we kindly request your cooperation with a few guidelines:

A Harmonious Atmosphere

We’re a small restaurant, so please be mindful of those around you. Let’s keep the volume down, even in our semi-private rooms, which aren’t completely soundproof. Also, please switch your phones to silent mode.

Strong scents like perfume, fabric softener, or cigarette smoke can be overpowering in our cozy space. We also ask that you refrain from filming or recording videos that may capture other guests, chefs, or staff. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the building.

We’re committed to creating a peaceful environment for all. If we feel your behavior is impacting other guests, we may need to ask you to leave. In such cases, your reservation will be considered a same-day cancellation.

A Journey of Flavors

Both our counter and semi-private rooms serve the dishes at the same time.

Each course is approximately 3 hours long, and you’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes before the start time.

If you arrive late, you’ll be served from the time you enter, and if you leave before the course is complete, your meal will end when you depart.

Reservations and Considerations

To avoid any confusion, we cannot accept reservations on behalf of a guest who has passed their booking onto someone else.

Please inform us of any allergies in the special notes section on our reservation page at least 3 days in advance. If you have severe allergies to crustaceans, shellfish, meat, or wheat, including extracts, or if your allergies affect more than three items in a course, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking a table.

Depending on when you let us know about your allergies, our cancellation policy may apply. Please contact us before making your reservation.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, regardless of whether you’ve informed us in advance. Our small kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients, and even if items are excluded from the menu, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

Special Requests and Policies

Semi-private rooms are available for an additional 20,000 yen plus a 13% service charge.

We do not prepare personalized plates with names and messages for birthdays or other occasions. We also ask that you refrain from bringing your own food or beverages.

Our cancellation policy applies to all reservations, including unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions and transportation cancellations. Please cancel your reservations yourself. We recommend purchasing OMAKASE insurance to minimize any unforeseen issues.

Respecting Our Space

In the event of any significant damage or defacement of our restaurant’s facilities or tableware, you may be charged the actual cost of the repairs.
