Accommodation Details
- Private Bathrooms? Each cabin doesn’t have a private bathroom. You’ll find shared washrooms, toilets, and spacious showers conveniently located.
- Can I Smoke in My Cabin? Absolutely not. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
- Noise Levels? The cabins are separated by curtains. You may hear some background noise. Don’t worry! We’re happy to provide complimentary earplugs at the front desk.
- Cabin Security? First Cabin operates under a simple lodging system, so locking your cabin door isn’t possible. However, all cabins are equipped with a lockable safety box for your valuables. Premium cabins offer an additional locking feature.
- Sharing a Cabin? Only our premium cabins can accommodate multiple guests. Check the facility list or individual facility page to see if premium options are available. Standard cabins are designed for one person.
- Family-Friendly? All cabins have a maximum occupancy of one person. We offer separate lounges for men and women, as well as a family lounge for shared relaxation.
- Minors Staying Alone? We prioritize everyone’s comfort, so we don’t allow guests under 12. If you’re between 13 and 18 years old and staying alone, a parental consent form is required upon check-in. You can download the form here.
Luggage and Check-in/Check-out
- Luggage Storage? We’ll keep your luggage securely before and after your check-in for the day of your stay. Please note, First Cabin Haneda Terminal 1 cannot store luggage after check-out due to airport security regulations.
- Curfew? There’s no curfew. You can come and go as you please.
- Haneda Terminal 1 Overnight Access? The airport is closed from midnight to 4:45 am. You can access First Cabin through the night entrance located near the 8th bus stop in the arrival lobby on the 1st floor.
- Consecutive Nights? Check-out is only required on the last day of your consecutive stay.
Filming and Photography
First Cabin encourages capturing memories, but with a few guidelines in mind to ensure everyone’s comfort:
- Respect for Privacy: Please avoid taking pictures or videos that may inconvenience other guests.
- Staff Consent: Obtain permission before photographing or filming our staff.
- Privacy of Others: It’s prohibited to enter other guests’ cabins.
- Communal Areas: Filming or taking pictures in the large communal bath and powder room is generally prohibited. If you request permission in advance, staff can accompany you when other guests are absent.
- Violations: If we find photos or videos that violate our policies, we may ask for them to be deleted.
Website and Member Information
- Website Updates: Reservation and member information from the old website (old.first-cabin.jp) before 2:00 am on April 3, 2023, will not be reflected on the new website.
- Reservation Confirmation or Cancellation: For reservations made on other websites, please contact the original booking agent. You can log in to your account on our website to confirm or cancel your reservation. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply enter your registered email address to reset it.
FIRST CABIN Member Club
- Benefits? We offer rewarding benefits to our members, such as earning gift points based on accommodation fees. For more details, click here.
- Membership Registration? Register on our website by providing the required information.
- Membership Cancellation? Log in to our official website and follow these steps: Login/Reservation Confirmation > My Page Top (top right button) > Confirm/Edit Membership Information > Cancel Membership. Please note that canceling your membership will expire your accumulated points.
Gift Points
- How do I earn points? You’ll receive points for your reservation fee (excluding tax) when you book through our official website.
- Point Details?
- Granting: 1% of your reservation total.
- Grant Date: The day after your check-out.
- Expiration: 1 year from the date they were granted.
- Points Not Granted: Reservations made by phone or directly at the front desk aren’t eligible for points. Additional charges during your stay and canceled reservations also won’t earn points.
- Using Points: When using free night gifts, please make sure to choose local payment at the time of booking. Discounts can’t be applied with advance payment.
- Checking Points: You can see your current points balance on your My Page. You’ll also receive a confirmation of your earned points on the reservation details screen after booking.
- Using Points: Choose a gift from the displayed list on the reservation details confirmation screen.
