Your journey begins with a delicious dinner on Sunday, September 1, 2024, and concludes with a satisfying lunch on Saturday, September 7, 2024.
A detailed schedule of meals and activities will be emailed to you before the tour begins, ensuring you’re fully prepared for your culinary exploration.
A Note on Set Menus:
The carefully crafted menus offered during the tour have been selected by The Hungry Tourist, in collaboration with local partners, to provide you with the best culinary experiences Tokyo has to offer.
While these menus represent the crème de la crème, you are welcome to order additional dishes at your own expense if you wish to expand your culinary horizons further.

Tokyo boasts a world-renowned subway system, which we will utilize for most of our city explorations.
For evening outings, taxis are available for your convenience, ensuring smooth and efficient travel.

The price does not include:
- Airfare
- Transportation within Tokyo
- Travel or medical insurance
Extra Nights:
Extend your stay in Tokyo by booking extra nights before or after the tour at a special rate of USD 750 per night, including taxes and service charges.
Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit of US$1,500 per person will be charged upon reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the first day of the tour.
- Bank transfer is preferred.
- Credit card payments incur a 4% supplement.
Cancellation Policy & Penalties
Cancellation Policy:
- If cancellation is received up to 30 days before the first day of the tour, the deposit will be forfeited.
- If cancellation is received up to 10 days before the first day of the tour, a penalty fee of 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- If a cancellation notice is received within 10 days of the first day of the tour or the guest is a no-show, the entirety of the remaining balance will be charged.
