It’s important to note that if you receive a message saying your booking cannot be changed, please reach out to the hotel directly by phone.
We understand that things can change, but we might not always be able to accommodate your request. This could be due to limited room availability. Also, keep in mind that even if you choose the same room type for the same dates, the price of your updated booking might be different from your original reservation.
Early Bird or Night Owl?
Want to arrive earlier or stay a little longer? We’ll do our best to make your stay extra special!
Early Check-in
We’re flexible, and we’ll gladly grant your early check-in request if we have a room available. CLUB CANDEO members get priority for those early arrivals! Remember to book your early check-in in advance as there’s an additional cost of JPY2,000 (Tax Incl. JPY2,200) per hour per room. Please be aware that we might not be able to accommodate your request due to room cleaning.
Late Check-out
Enjoy a leisurely departure with our late check-out option! We’re happy to let you stay up to 3 hours later for an extra JPY2,000 (Tax Incl. JPY2,200) per room per hour. For our valued CLUB CANDEO members, you can extend your stay for an additional hour free of charge, until 12:00. Keep in mind that late check-out may not be possible depending on the booking situation on the day. If you stay past 15:00, a full-day room charge will apply.
Universal Studios Japan Tickets
Need tickets for some thrilling adventures at Universal Studios Japan? We’ve got you covered!
Guests staying at our hotel can purchase tickets for their stay, but only during their stay. You won’t be able to buy tickets before your check-in date.
Here’s a list of tickets available:
- 1 Day Studio Pass (1-day ticket)
- 1.5 Day Studio Pass (1.5-day ticket)
- 2 Day Studio Pass (2-day ticket)
- Upgrade pass (Upgrade from a 1-day ticket to a 1.5-day or 2-day ticket)
- Universal Express Pass
We recommend purchasing your Universal Express Pass on the official Universal Studios Japan website in advance as they can sell out. If it’s sold out on the official site, it won’t be available at the hotel either.

At CLUB CANDEO, we value your loyalty and appreciate your continued support. Here’s a glimpse of the amazing rewards you can earn as a member:
New Reservations
Starting April 5, 2022, you’ll earn 1% in reward points for new reservations made as a member through our official website.
Bonus Points
We offer fantastic bonus points opportunities! The number and rate of these points vary based on specific conditions. Make sure to check the details of each benefit and offer before you book to see how you can earn more points.
Stage Bonus
Your membership stage, determined on June 2nd of each year, unlocks exciting stage bonus points!
- BRONZE: 1,000pt
- SILVER: 5,000pt
- GOLD: 20,000pt
- PLATINUM: 40,000pt
Your base and bonus points are awarded based on your room charge (excluding tax) and are rounded down to the nearest whole number. You’ll receive your points two days after check-out.

Redeeming Your Points
The method for redeeming your hard-earned points depends on your check-in date. Here’s a breakdown:
- Reservations for check-in by June 2, 2021: Redeem your points at the front desk upon check-in.
- Reservations for check-in on or after June 3, 2021: Redeem your points through our official website when making a new reservation or modifying an existing one.
You don’t need to declare your reservation details at check-in for new or modified bookings.
Cancellation Policies
If you need to cancel a reservation with points, don’t worry, your points will be refunded. However, any points that have expired by the time of the refund will be lost. It’s important to note that in case of a cancellation fee, points will be deducted first.
