The 37th and 38th floors are a haven for discerning palates, boasting a collection of innovative restaurants and bars. The Tapas Molecular Bar, with its imaginative cuisine, is a must-visit. And, for a taste of Cantonese cuisine, Sense offers contemporary interpretations of classic dishes.
My highlight was dining at Sushi Sora, a truly intimate experience. As one of only eight guests at lunch, I witnessed the artistry of traditional Edo-mae sushi chefs firsthand. The dexterity, precision, and grace of Yuji Imaizuma and his team were captivating. The restaurant itself, with its stunning city views and polished sushi counter crafted from a 350-year-old Japanese cypress, is a testament to the harmonious blend of tradition and modernity.

Every detail exuded a strong sense of Japanese heritage, from the welcome amenity of pristine grapes from Osaka to the fine-cotton Yukatas thoughtfully placed at the foot of the bed.
