Can I check in after midnight?

Yes, you can! Just let the hotel know your estimated arrival time so they can be ready for your arrival.

Can I extend my check-out time?

The standard check-out time is 11 AM. After 11 AM, you’ll be charged a fee based on your room type and the length of your extension. The latest you can check out is 6 PM. Availability is limited, so please check with the front desk.

Keep in mind that you’ll be charged for an extra night if you stay past 6 PM.

Luggage, Curfew, and Smoking

Does the hotel have luggage storage?

Yes, we offer luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out at the front desk. Just let them know if you’d like to store your bags.

No, we don’t have a curfew. Our front desk is available 24/7, so you can come and go as you please.

We have designated smoking rooms available on specific floors. Please let us know your preference when making your reservation.

We offer complimentary baby beds upon request. We have a limited number available, so be sure to inform us when you make your reservation. Some rooms may not be suitable for baby beds due to their size. Please ask the front desk for details.

Can I keep the same room for a few days?

We can try to accommodate your request for a multi-night stay in the same room. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to arrange it. Keep in mind that availability may be limited.

Can minors stay in a room without an adult?

Minors are allowed to stay unaccompanied by an adult, but a parental consent form must be submitted. Please contact the hotel for instructions.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

We have no specific advance reservation requirements. However, we recommend booking in advance to take advantage of our special Advance Purchase Rate.

Does the hotel have a waiting list?

Unfortunately, we do not offer waiting lists. Please check our website for available room options.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made the day before your arrival will be charged 20% of the reservation price. Cancellations on the day of your arrival will be charged 80%, and no-shows will be charged 100%. For more information on reservations, changes, and cancellations, please click here.

All packages sent to the hotel must be prepaid. Please include your reservation name, date of stay, and reservation number on the invoice and send it to the front desk’s attention.
