Please note: If you’re arriving late, kindly contact the front desk to inform us. Failing to do so by midnight (local time) on your arrival day may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Easy Cancellations
We understand that plans change. For guests who booked through the Tokyu Stay official website, simply access My Page or your reservation confirmation email to cancel your reservation.
For those who booked via other means, please refer to the cancellation procedures outlined in your booking confirmation.
Financial Details
Room charges are due in full upon check-in. Guests staying longer than 30 nights must pay the following month’s room charge, along with any outstanding fees, by the end of the current month.
Lodging and Room Rates
Our room rates cover accommodation only. Meals, entertainment, and other activities are not included in the price.
Accommodation Tax Information
Please be aware that guests staying in Tokyo may be subject to an accommodation tax, which is added to the room rate.
Parking
Limited parking is available at select locations: Tokyu Stay Yotsuya, Tokyu Stay Sapporo, Tokyu Stay Sapporo-Odori, Tokyu Stay Hida-Takayama Musubi no Yu, and Tokyu Stay Hakodate-Asaichi Akari no Yu. If you’re driving, it’s best to contact the hotel beforehand to ensure availability.
At other locations, we recommend using nearby paid parking lots.
