**Tattoos and Public Areas**
We kindly request that guests with visible tattoos refrain from using the hotel’s public bathing areas or other facilities where their tattoos might be seen by other guests. We understand this may seem unusual, but it’s a policy that helps maintain a relaxing atmosphere for everyone.
**Accommodation Tax and Payment**
Please remember that the accommodation tax is not included in the price you paid for your room and must be settled directly at the hotel. This tax is calculated per person, per night.
**Restaurant and Bar Closures**
Restaurant #1 and the Bar will be temporarily closed from Sunday, August 18th, 2024, until Monday, August 19th, 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
**Scheduled Power Outages**
The hotel will be conducting periodic inspections of its power receiving equipment on January 10th and 11th, 2024, as required by law. This will result in planned power outages during the following times:
- January 10th, 2024, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- January 11th, 2024, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
During these outages, various services and amenities will be unavailable, including:
- Television
- Blu-ray/DVD/CD player
- Internet (LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Telephone (landline/mobile)
- In-room lighting and electrical outlets
- Electric curtains
- Washlet
- Air conditioning
Important Note: Landline phones in restrooms will remain operational for external calls during these outages.
Additionally, from January 10th to 11th, 2024, between midnight and 5:00 AM, only mobile phones will be available for calls. Landline phones in guest rooms and restrooms will be functional for external calls.
Please be aware that there might be some minor disruptions, such as curtains opening or closing, due to the power interruptions.
**Restaurant and Bar Adjustments**
Due to the power outage, the following restaurants and bars will have adjusted operating hours on Wednesday, January 10th, 2024:
- Royal Bar (1st Floor): Last order (L.O.) at 10:30 PM, closing at 11:00 PM
- The Palace Lounge (1st Floor): Last order (L.O.) at 11:00 PM
- Lounge Bar Prive (6th Floor): Last order (L.O.) at 11:00 PM
In-room dining will not be available from midnight to 7:00 AM on Thursday, January 11th, 2024.
**Evian Spa Tokyo: Pool Closure and Water Change**
To comply with legal inspections, the Evian Spa Tokyo (5th floor) will be closed for a full day on January 15th and 16th, 2023, due to a complete water change. This means the pool will be unavailable during this time.
- The pool will reopen at 6:30 AM on Wednesday, January 17th.
During the closure, the following facilities and services will still be available:
- Fitness room
- Hot bath facilities (men and women)
- Treatment services
**Temporary Closure of Men’s Dry Sauna at Evian Spa Tokyo**
The men’s dry sauna at Evian Spa Tokyo (5th Floor) will be closed for maintenance from Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, to Friday, May 10th, 2024.
- May 8th and 9th, 2024: Closed all day
- May 10th, 2024: Closed until 12:00 noon
- Reopening: 12:00 noon on May 10th
While the dry sauna is closed, the Fitness Center, women’s marble sauna, men’s hot reclining bath, cold plunge pool, and all other services at Evian Spa Tokyo will remain open and operational.
**Restaurant and Bar Maintenance: Temporary Closure**
To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, the Grand Kitchen (1st Floor), The Palace Lounge (1st Floor), and Royal Bar (1st Floor) will be temporarily closed for maintenance on Monday, August 19th, 2024.
- Grand Kitchen (1st Floor): Closed all day on Monday, August 19th. Will reopen for lunch at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, August 20th.
- The Palace Lounge (1st Floor) and Royal Bar (1st Floor): Closed all day on Monday, August 19th. Will reopen as usual on Tuesday, August 20th.
**Breakfast During Maintenance**
During the closure of the Grand Kitchen on Monday, August 19th, and Tuesday, August 20th, 2024, breakfast will be served at the Banquet Hall Yamabuki (4th Floor) from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM (Last Order 11:00 AM)**.
Breakfast at Yamabuki is only available to hotel guests.
