For those who prefer to work out, our fitness room is available free of charge to all hotel guests. Equipped with dumbbells, a weight scale, and a stretching area, you can maintain your fitness routine even while traveling.
Please note: While the fitness room is open to guests of all ages, children under 12 are not permitted to use the outdoor pool. Additionally, we do not offer dressing rooms, rental shoes, or other apparel at this time.

Our business center is equipped with everything you need to stay connected and productive during your stay. From personal computers with Microsoft Office software to internet access, printers, photocopiers, and fax machines, we have you covered. We even offer mobile recharging services.
Need to send an important email or print a document? Our Internet terminals, conveniently located in the business center, are available for a small fee of 100 yen per 10 minutes. The business center is open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, but we are happy to accommodate requests for use outside of these hours.

Parking at the Keio Plaza Hotel
Public parking is available in both the Main Tower basement and South Tower basement.
Please note: We do not accept reservations for the parking lot. A designated parking lot for guests with disabilities is available on level B2 of the South Tower. Reservations are recommended.
There is a height limit for parking:
* Width: 2.08 m
* Height: 2.1 m
* Weight: 5t (m= meters, t= tons)
If your vehicle exceeds these dimensions, please inform us before your arrival.
